Default No start after snow

We had snow & ice this week & I tried starting my car today & it just clicked over & over again with no start. I tried just giving it a jump since it’s been cold but still no luck. Then my car was making this weird buzzing noise down by where the bcm is under the passenger floorboard. The dashboard is barely lightning up as well. Do you think this it’s just weather related & it’ll go back to normal when it warms up?

First thing check to make sure that the battery terminals are tight. Second thing check the grounds. Third thing I don't know but I wouldn't count on it fixing itself and starting after the weather improves. Oh, and make sure the battery is fully charged.

I agree with hecking your battery connections first. And as mentioned, make sure the battery is charged up.
