Lumbar motor in constant state of being on
Not long after I bought my 02 C5 (used) the passenger side lumbar stopped working. The stealership stated the lumbar support motor was bad and needed replacing. Not a very expensive repair but I elected to pass.
Just recently I noticed a constant buzz coming from beneath the passenger side so today I took the seat out and determined the buzz coming from one of the lumbar motors that were wrapped in a leather pouch. The buzzing even occurred with no key in the ignition. I can't recall if the buzz was going on back then but I think it contributed to my previous battery dying (phantom battery draw).
Has anyone else experience this and if so, what repair was made and what were the results.
Thanks!

You could also try finding a good used switch at one of the forum used parts vendors.
