Anyone change up the shifter knob only for a different look?

Default Anyone change up the shifter **** only for a different look?
Am tossing the idea of a round ball ****(Hurst style) in matching red with white or black font for the shift pattern. Thoughts?? Just for looks - I'm sure it won't be as good for fast shifting. Show them if you have them please.

2007 z06, changed the shifter **** to this as i don't like the oem shifter ****.
this works for me.

I've had most of them. The worst one was the ball with the shiny surface on it. No good at all for driving, too slippery. The MGW Race Shifter **** was very good for driving but I didn't like the look of it. So I've been using the MGW textured ball ****. Looks good and drives great without any slipping.

Mines the black ball and painted the lettering orange as I have the Inferno orange on my car so though red would clash.

MGW gripper was a good one...probably still have it in a box in the garage somewhere. It wont work on a OE C6 shifter.

I did a couple years ago during winter boredom. It also cuts down on the notchiness because it's heavy stainless steel. Laser etched Jake symbol.

im ordering the mgw shifter with this **** Monday morning.. for the c6z. excited to see how it feels and looks in the car

I bought a $20 Pilot **** from autozone. It has a little weight to it and feels great, IMO.

I tried the round MGW **** but did not like it.
