What is the "go to" shop in Portland Metro? I'd like to do a cold air intake, full exhaust and re-map on my 99 vert. I'd appreciate some good leads.

Second vote for Wongs. I live on the east side of WA, and Tom's done all my tuning. I do all my own mechanical work. For me, everything was pretty straightforward, except the tuning. These things are easy for a shade tree mech.
