Do you notice much lines on the different panels of the car once installed?

No. That's the beauty of the design of the kits and the film itself.
We design them to go either edge to edge or seam to seam. The film itself also becomes practically invisible once applied. Between both, your paint is protected without any unsightly look or lines.
