After many discussions about that GM CAI for the C7 its now officially available for all engines:

Cost: 500$
Description:
Performance Intake for the C7 Corvette! Fits all 3 Engines: LT1, LT4, LT5 LT1: 0HP gain however there is a 30% restriction reduction @ 350g/s LT4: +11HP gain with a 28% restriction reduction @ 550g/s LT5: +17HP gain with a 26 % restriction reduction @ 630g/s 50 State Legal with EO Label to affix to engine bay Maintains full vehicle warranty when installed by a GM dealer First Performance Air Intake upgrade offered for the Corvette since 1957 No Additional Calibration Required. Uses a Dry Media filter Clear Window with the Corvette Jake logo

Unless one is doing some more serious mods that need a tune this is pointless. 11 hp on a Z06 is NOTHING.

Yes. This is very underwhelming. Is it oem on new models? Makes you wonder why they invested resources in designing it.

It tells you how efficient the stock setup is for a LT1. I would be shocked if any system would add more HP on a stock LT1.
