Beautiful. They need to come up with a better looking wheel. Those look like the top Christmas tree ornament

Default Wheels

Reminiscent of the C6ZO6 wheels.

What Blue is that...... Admiral Blue, LeMans Blue, or?

Wonder if they will do a limited edition Indy Pace Car offering?

It is a beautiful car, but I wonder if the ugly spoiler, which looks tacked on, is even useful at the speeds this car will be at while doing it's duty?

I looked closely and failed to see any thumbtacks, carpet tacks, push pin tacks, shoe tacks or upholstery tacks. What I did see was two very substantial supports that reportedly attached to the frame.

I was wondering that, too. Probably just the lighting, but it does look more like LeMans Blue than Admiral in that photo.

It looks like admiral blue to me, but maybe it's the new blue. It looks good with the chrome wheels, although maybe the silver wheels might be a little better. Since I'm in the 50 percent who love the silver wheels or chrome, I'm delighted they didn't put black wheels on it.

I bet a machine-faced nickel/pearl version of those rims would look awesome!

Is there even any real competition among manufacturers for Pace Car duty any longer? For many years it was a big deal to be selected but now it just rotates between Corvette & Camaro. Mustangs in various guise and Dodge Chargers/Challengers would be formidable candidates. The excitement for who gets picked is now diminished. (I am still glad it's the Vette, but curious about if others are even given an opportunity or does GM have some sort of relationship with the track so they are the only contestant?)

Love the spoiler hate the wheels. I wouldn’t put that spoiler on my C7 though, it only goes well with the ZR1.

I'm not sure how it is for Indy, but at most of the traditional NASCAR tracks, the manufacturers have multi-year deals as the "Official Vehicle" of said track, and its just a matter of which of their vehicles they want to promote as a pace car or parade vehicle for each race weekend.

If the marketing dept believes they will sell, it's a certainty

I'm not that crazy about the hood either---seems to give car a more stubby look than a regular Stingray from side profile, but I know it's needed to get the goodies under there.
