2018 out of Winter storage-no weather radar
I purchased a 2018 in August and drove it until Nov.
I just got it out today (Ohio weather has been terrible) and when I went to check weather radar it said something had to be done to reactivate it. I didn't know that it was something that you had to pay for. Dealer never said it was like that.
Can anyone shed a little light on this?
Thanks

I think maybe it did say that, but nothing about a freebie period?
What does it cost to activate it? and how??

If you don't want the radio portion, you can purchase just the weather and traffic for very little cost.

That's what I did on my truck. I have no need for XM, but I do like the weather link. I can't remember the exact cost, but it's in the neighborhood of 35 bucks a year. You just have to explain to the XM rep that all you want is the weather link.
