Default Ran the car at the track last night!

I have a c6 ls3 six speed w a cold air, 160 thermostat and a cat back and ran a 8.0 at 91 mph! One run I ran 90 mph. I just bought the car. It has worn out 285 mich. on it too. Thrill for it to run 92 mph basically stock! What are y'all doing times with your mods? I've got Z06 exhaust putting on this week and some other odds and ends and then tuning it. Then I'll be saving money for a cam.

Well that works out to about a mid 12 second 1/4 pass so it's to be expected. Your 60 foot times are decent for street tires. Given your mods maybe a street tune is in order.

Yea I'm getting new tires this week. I'm figuring 7.8s then. I'm hoping it'd run 12.20s-12.30s now. Yea as soon as I get the exhaust on and some other odds and ends I'm def tuning it. Should be high 11s then. I'm really happy about the mph. 92 should be around 117-118 in quarter.

nice times for such little mods. Just for a comparison for you to help kinda guess the 1/4 times, when I was a bolt on car running about 97 in the 1/8 it was pretty much exactly 4 seconds from the 8th to the 1/4. With my experience I think you're right on track with your low 12s guess.
