Help Identify Parts
I bought my 1976 a few years ago and although it looked great on the outside, the engine compartment was another story. So I've taken my time pulling things out and either cleaning or replacing them.
About 2 years ago I pulled much of the engine compartment out and left it labeled and in pieces. Now getting back to assembly but I'm mystified by some parts I have left over. I'm almost done and down to the radiator support bracket, radiator, condenser and hood but I've come across a few items I'm hoping some of you can help me identify. I didn't take good notes on them apparently.
This I believe is a nose support rod but what has me doubting is that it's curved. All the information I can find shows them strait. Is this normal for some models?
And these are two types shims but I don't remember where they came from. The number on them don't identify as anything in a Corvette.
Thanks again for the help all... Hopefully this stuff looks familiar to some of you.

Burning Brakes
The first is a radiator to nose support rod and yes it is bent.
The second pic is wheel alignment shims as might be the 3rd pic since you said these items came from the engine compartment.

Ah, thank you so much TOM... Makes me feel much better about. After I get this together I'll probably take it into a local Corvette shop to tune the engine and setup the alignment for me.

Found old Corvette Hood
I know next to nothing about corvettes, my apologies up front, So I found this hood and it has very few markings on it but there is a sticker from Corvettes North Inc out of Waterville Maine. There's a part number but not having much luck looking it up

Looks like an aftermarket C1 hood.
