First off, congrats! Your post reminded me of when I was in my 20s and I bought my daughter a red corvette power wheels car. Thinking back, I think it was a C4. I would love to have that back. I'm sure it ended up in dumpster or yard sale.

I would love to find a C5 but I doubt I will so it looks like she'll be getting a C7

Congrats on becoming a Gpa. They are fun and you get to spoil them and then give them back. I have 2 grandkids and I was lucky enough to have found the C5-R when I was looking last year. They are fun also. Good luck with your search for one. The grandkids have moved to Florida so I haven't decided what I'm going to do with it yet. See how often they visit I guess and go from there.

Nothing better then being a grandfather. Congratulations. As soon as you can, introduce her to the Vette world like I have with mine.

Congratulations! You're about to find out why they're called "grand" children.

She is a real baby doll! I have twin grandsons, a granddaughter is probably not in the cards. Congrats.

And don't forget to load them up on sugar just before the parents show up!

Congratulations, Lou! Grand kids are great (until they grow up and get married and really make you feel old. )
