No, the tires are bias ply. They do bolt on with lug nuts, the spinner spins off in the correct direction and when you remove it, and the cone, the wheel nuts are exposed. I can post a pic if you wish. Selling because I'm putting real, original Kelsey Hayes knock-offs on and have another set of the same tires. There's a pic below of them on the car.
