Tire plug kit, can of fix-a-flat and a small compressor.

And then there's AAA.

I have used it many years ago. Had a flat about 300 miles from home. Used fix a flat and tire never leaked air again. This was on a 1981 Corvette. Did not have TPMS. I would wonder about the damage to the TPMS but if you need to get the car going, you probably would use it or call something like AAA>

Plug Kit
Air compressor
Scissor Jack
Breaker bar with socket

The first two items do you no good unless you can get full access to the tire, so a scissor jack and breaker bar with the appropriate socket for the lug nuts.

My insurance also has road hazard included should I need it.

FixAFlat, tire plugs and a small compressor.

Got a flat on the way to VA beach a couple years ago. Used the FixAFlat to pinpoint where the leak was and then plugged it. Had it patched when we got there.

AAA. I accept the risk that I might have to wait to get towed home or to a tire repair shop should I get a flat.

Yes and yes.

My kit also comes with plugs. And yes I've used that too. In fact, that's plan A.

This is the first car I have ever had run flat tires on and I have changed a grand total of ONE tire on the side of the road in nearly 40 years of driving. (knocking heavily on wood) When I soon put new tires on this car, they will require air to stay round. I have AAA just in case my wood knocking doesn't work.

Plug kit, compact air compressor, small hydraulic jack, torque wrench. All fits in pocket compartments except the torque wrench.

A couple things here. I use the plug kit philosophy also, but I don't carry a jack, or a torque wrench. Why can't you just let the car roll forward or backwards to locate nail--screw--or whatever caused leak ? And for goodness sakes, why would one worry about applying the exact torque needed to lug nuts under a road hazard condition? If you feel the need to remove the wheel then Just tighten the nuts nice and snug then worry about the proper torque when the time is more convenient?........

Don't forget a pair of "dikes" or side cutters to extract the nail or whatever
