Default Electronic locks and windows do not work

I have an 08 Convertible and the electronic locks and windows go completely out. You cannot open either door from the inside or out, and neither of the windows go down either. Once you get in to the car via the trunk, it starts and runs just fine.
Any ideas as to what I can do to fix this issue.

The first thing to do is get your owners manual and look up the fuse chart and check the fuse for that accessory. If the fuse is good I can look at the wiring diagrams for you.

I checked all of the fuses - and they are good.
Have been reading about the Remote Control Doorlock Receiver (RCDLR) wondering if this could be my problem.
I have tried everything I can think of - disconnecting the battery - checking fuses - charging battery - etc.
Where to go next?

Does this happen with both FOBs?

Try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minuets to see if you get a reset.

Put new batteries in both FOB's - tested one at a time.
Car fires right up - but locks/windows do not work at all - inside or out.

Disconnected battery for 30 mins - same result.
I do not have a code reader - so I cannot test that.

There is a 30 amp circuit breaker the supplies power to the door control modules. Since both the door release and windows are not working it has to be something that is common to both. Yes the RCDL and BCM are also in the circuit to control the locks.

I looked in my book - did not find a 30 amp breaker - is this under the hood or in the passenger side floor?
Thanks for the help - appreciated.

When you press the door pad to enter the car does the red LED on the door flash? If not then there isn't any power to the door. I have a 2005 the wiring diagrams should be very close if not the same. My owners manual does not show the location of the circuit breaker. It is most likely located behind the passenger footwell panel next to the BCM. The circuit breakers are Auto reset, but still could be a issue.

No red lights on either door - everything is dead.

The next thing that I would check is there power being provided to the door module from the circuit breaker. Do you have a multimeter?
Have you used one before?
Or you can locate the circuit breaker and replace it with another.
Does your fuel door open? power to the fuel door comes off the same breaker.

Look at the lower left section of the wiring diagram that I posted.

Looks like I am going to take it in this week.
Having a difficult time finding the breaker that was mentioned above, and everything else has not solved the problem.
Hoping this does not become a mess of "electrical gremlins".

Any idea where this breaker would be - or how I go about locating it?
Everything that is connected to it does not work - so I was hoping to replace it and see if that solved the problem.

Remove the passenger floor mat. Lookup under the dash. At the top off the footwell will see two release catches. Pull forward. The Body Control Module, and circuit breakers will be behind the panel. You can swap breaker with the one for the seats.
