looks like a knock off of kooks with a slightly different x pipe. I cant comment on fit but they're 304 stainless and would most likely make similar power given the design

I would try to get used ARH, Kooks, or Lg headers before buying those. If you have to have a new budget header I would look into the JBA longtubes. When I was looking for longtubes I researched them and seems like everyone has good things to say about JBA.

Save your money and get some LGs, Kooks or ARH as suggested. Who knows about the fit of these and I can tell from the pictures that they don't have a proper merge collector...

If you don't care about switching out your mid-pipe, which would mean running cat-less, B&B sells the only LT's that will bolt right up to you OE mid-pipe...and you can find them for about $1K.

The fitment is very good and it is NOT a Knock off of anyone's design. Our manufacturer, who's is based in the USA, has been making exhaust systems and headers much longer than LG or American Racing has.

I will be having a set installed on my car this week with Dyno numbers to come

Definitely NOT a knock off of Kooks or ANY brand... the owner of the manufacturer is a long time friend of the founder of Kooks and would NEVER knock off their headers.

Well I am not in the business of bringing new headers to market, just curious because people will undoubtedly ask questions about them. Will just have to go with untested and unknown origin then..

Origin is known... it's TPS Motorsports product made in the USA. You would be shocked to find out a very well known header manufacturer for Vettes in the USA makes ALL their headers in China

As far as untested... not true... we've already test fitted them but the results were on a supercharged car SO I have a bone stock C6 Z which will be getting these installed in the next week or so and we'll see the results.

On the C5 they have been tested and have had great results .. I have no doubt our C6 headers will have similar gains

Not much shocks me. To my knowledge TPS does not have in house fabrication right? Most all headers for the LS platform are made in China beside Kooks and ARH and B&B. Some of the Chinese stuff makes decent power too it just sometimes has fit and finish issues with bad 02 sensor placement etc.

I'm sure someone will bring a set in sooner or later and I can develop and opinion.

You are correct we don't have a in house fabracation shop but we work closely with our suppliers. Apple doesn't make their own iphones OR fab internally also.. it's all done by Foxconn. You are almost correct about the LS headers made in the USA.. Kooks, ARH, Stainless Works are all made in the USA.

BTW, if you have customers looking for a set have them give me a call... I think you'll be happy with what you see. Are they like Kooks and ARH? No.. but they are 1/2 the price

There's a few "obscure" header manufacturers that still produce here in the US...they just aren't typically associated in the LSx vernacular. Hedman, Stan's, etc. Could be some place like GP Headers Inc, that provides "Private label" manufacturing services. It would be awesome if they were made by Burns...but then they wouldn't be a thousand bucks. Hinson has been doing the same sort of offering for a little while as well.
