Default BB Exhaust

Bought a pre-owned C6Z that had the Billy Boat Bullets on it. Love the aggressive sound, but the drone is too much for my tastes. Want something with a little volume, but without the drone. Can anyone weigh in on the Fusion Bi-Mode that Billy Boat offers? I want to try to find someone that may be looking to get louder and then upgrade mine.

I put the Fusions on mine several years ago and have no complaints. Since they also have the bi-mode function, they can be closed during freeway driving and there is no drone with the valves closed.

Besides reliability of fusions in 800+how setups, they are great.

Same here. I've had most of the other kinds of pipes on mine. Once I got the Fusion III's on that was the end of the testing period.
For sure, Get you some!

I have the bullets and they are pretty nice, only get a little drone around 1500rpm, other than that its great.

You get that drone in open or closed mode?

Then they were not installed correctly, as there should be no sway bar issues.

I have the gen 2 Fusion exhaust and in quiet mode it's just slightly louder than stock, though to my (very drone sensitive ears) it still drones a bit around 1500rpm, going uphill on the freeway there's still a bit more drone than stock in quiet mode. I have stock headers.

IMO ZR1 mufflers should be the best for a completely drone free experience in quiet mode

Unless you have some custom sway bar, zr1 cans fit any sway bar made for a vette. ZR1, pfadt, etc etc. Doesn't matter the setup, they should have plenty of clearance if installed correctly.

NOT explaining that "didnt work on mine" was referring to a COMPLETELY custom set up.....may be a little easier to understand.

I wouldn't say it was "custom" as it's an off the shelf part that I literally bolted in... But it does work... so there's that
