2000 SoCal car Mag Red auto 66,6xx
Selling my fully loaded 2000, auto, mag red vette located in southern Calif. I'm the second owner since Jan 2011. Car had 21,500 miles on it when I bought it from the president of our local Corvette Club after he decided to purchase a new 2012 C6 Grand Sport in the same color. I have all of his paperwork and records along with mine. Never tracked.
I've included a pic of a replica build sticker which details the base equipment on the car, however, I've listed some additional mods, mostly cosmetic, below:
*Blackwing CAI
*Billy Boat exhaust-sounds incredible
*All interior lighting, including the shift lever bulb, under hood and license plate lights replaced with LED's
*HID headlights with 55w ballasts
*Clear front corner lights with 2 color switchback LED bulbs
*New chrome z51 replica wheels and Firestone Indy 500 tires in the stock sizes
*Drilled and slotted rotors and color matching calipers
*Brand new Llyods front floor mats
*Replaced trans gear shifter with C5 logo ball
*Kenwood HU with Bluetooth
*Real leather arm rest, shift and parking brake boot
*A/C LCD screen display repaired, looks brand new
*2 working FOBS
*Window Valet
I was bitten by the C7 bug when it first came out and now that the Mrs is on board, I gotta strike while the fire is hot. I should note that I replaced the original F45 shocks with base corvette shocks because of annoying squeaks going over evey bump. The new shocks ride fantastic.
Reduced to $15,500.

A few more pics, no, I haven't lowered it, I can barely get up my steep driveway as it is... The clear top is like new, I know I didn't take it out of the cover, but I will if interested.

That's why I posted in this section. If you're asking if I'll miss this car, yes. If the C7 hadn't caught my eye, I wouldn't be thinking of selling it. I truly enjoy this car. I regretted selling my 1972 stingray until I bought this car. My wife calls it my mistress... Anytime you get the other half to give you the green light to spend that kind of money on a new toy, brother, don't pass that up!

Thank you! After I posted the pics here and looked at them, I said to myself, why am I selling this beautiful car, it does not make any financial sense. But half the decisions I've made in my life probably didn't make sense at the time
But I've got C7 on the brain...Hmm, that would make all odd generation models that I've owned-C3, C5, and C7??

No, I haven't. I only have it listed right now on this forum. Btw, I just noticed your avatar, my son has a 94 Torch Red, which he loves.

I can't believe this has not sold, beautiful c5 ! If it still for sale in spring I would purchase this hot car iin a heartbeat. Good luck
