I would check your door ajar switches, they use to create alarms going off, on locked cars.

But...why only at night??
I get suspicious because a friend's gun shop was robbed after the alarm went off once or twice a night for several nights. The cops stopped showing up to investigate. Well, guess what happened next...

Safety Car
I also had a friend whose gun shop was robbed. However, they used the cement block through the window trick and timed the police response time. The next time they were in and gone. Should have made him suspicious.
Do you have a garage, or access to a garage that you could stick it in during the day to have some dark (to simulate night). OR,
maybe you should take a trip to Sam's Club or Harbor Freight and purchase a monitoring camera and a solar, motion activated light.

Melting Slicks
not affecting 90's the 95's had a tsb about the tolerances of horn contact ring. It can make random quick contact while sitting, not even long enough to blow horn, but the CCC is always watching the inside while security is engaged. There should be NO INPUT to switches with car locked up and if there is a tiny current in the horn contact, it thinks the car has been broken into-therefor the alarm. Just a thought
