Has anyone shipped a C7 rear bumper? If so how did you go about it?
Thanks

I've never shipped a bumper, however I have shipped door panels and it's expensive. Over $100 per box via UPS. If you can get business-to-business pickup and delivery, it's usually a little less expensive.

You can try greyhound for shipping large items. They put it on buses heading to wherever you need it. All delivery and pick-up needs to happen at the local bus station but it is significantly cheaper that typical shippers.

Don't use UPS or Fedx. They'll charge you by the Dimension of the box (which will be over 100 lbs) not the actual weight.
