Adam's Customer Service
Hello,
I just have to let the forum know about an experience with Adam's customer service. I recently placed an order for their ceramic coating and foam gun package. The order was not received in the two day shipping window. After talking with them they refunded the shipping fees which I thought was a great gesture as the shipping issues fell on FedEx.
Today I went to apply the ceramic coating and the spot for the coating was empty, all other prep solutions and towel were there. This was unfortunate as I was putting the Z in a show on Monday. Called customer service again and they immediately jumped on it. They tried calling a distributer within a couple hours drive but it being the Memorial Day weekend were closed. The C.S. agent profusely apologized and made good on the error. They are sending the coating overnight early next week and allowed me to add some items to the shipping to keep things easy. Also threw in a couple drying towels, which was not necessary. Not looking for free items but it says alot about the company and their drive to be the best.
Forums and the internet tend to be areas where people complain more than praise, but this level of service is above and beyond the norm. Adam, you have a great crew of people and a product that I would put up against anyone else's.

I am in distribution for a regional sales company and I firmly believe in making things right with a customer above and beyond their expectations. We are all human and mistakes do happen in business. It's how companies handle the mistakes that separate them from the pack in my opinion. Great to hear that you thought enough of their customer service to post here and relate the story.

My Adams story. I bought my yellow C5 in eastern PA and drove it home 700 miles to IL. Rolled in pretty late, headed to bed.
As soon as my coffee was ready in the AM I went to the garage. The front of the C5 was covered in bugs. Filled a bucket with warm water, grabbed a new sponge and almost 90% came off with one or two swipes.
I had the front end cleaned before the coffee was cold!
Called the seller, he always used Adam's Buttery Wax and so do I.

Adam's customer service is second to non. Had problems with a couple of orders and they were fixed beyond my expectations. Great products also. Needless to say, but I am an Adam's customer for life.
