22k miles , super clean, I know the market is crazy right now as far as price range but what pricing would make this a good or great deal? 8 speed automatic

I mean...I've yet to find a GS in the 40's with no accidents/under 25k miles. I think it's something to consider. If you can pull into the 40's...which would seem likely, I think you have to consider that one for sure.
