Default So Yeah, Another Rear Spoiler Install

Took a lot of thinking about drilling more holes in a perfectly good rear bumper but I finally fell into the trap. As usual I went conservative as subtle is what I like, and in keeping with my "black out theme" I left it as it came, BLACK. So heres how it turned out.
Bought from Extreme Online Store on EBay with hardware FYI

First of all good looking car..really good looking car

Second, I'm not sure about that particular spoiler. I don't like the idea of holes in my bumper and if I go with a spoiler I want it functional on track days which means something like the C7 Z06 spoiler. Which again involves holes...so ya...I dunno

I installed a spoiler on my 2012 Grand Sport and didn't drill any holes. I went to my parts store and bought 3M two sided narrow tape and installed my spoiler with the four bolts that held the small spoiler on and the tape. I have had no problem and you can't see the tape. It has been three years and no problem.

And for the price, you just can't beat that spoiler from Extreme Online

Made in China, but great quality

Looks fantastic! Really ties the look together with your side skirts. I can't decide on the standard ZR1 spoiler or the extended. I feel like the standard ZR1 spoiler looks fantastic from all angles, but the extended might be better suited for my extended side skirts. Decisions decisions haha .

Did you ever consider the extended one?

Looking good! Looks very similar to the OEM ZR1 spoiler on my Centennial.

I’m glad mine was on when I bought the car. My *** would have certainly puckered when I grabbed the drill!

Looks great, especially leaving it black!

Looks good, the black stands out, and since it was bolted, if you decide to have it painted to match the car, easy removal.

The extended skirts are 1" wider than the standard ZR1 side skirts. So they stick out 1" longer away from the car horizontally. They look far more agressive. I believe they only make them for the wide body cars.
