Just had to share this C5
I saw this C5 the other day and had to get the story behind it. I found the owner, a young guy who's been in love with C5 Corvettes since he first learned about cars as a kid. He apparently has quite a sense of humor as you can see in the way he's decorated his car. He's not a student driver, nor is the car used for that purpose. He's just having fun.
I saw this car and had to stop. That's my C7 next to it.
This is a sign on the passenger side of the dash. Sorry about the reflection.

The Student Driver thing is lame/unoriginal and ruins the car. Rest of the car looks great.

I was surprised: I put a custom made Roadkill (the show) sticker on the rear bumper and ended up getting respect from folks who would typically ignore corvettes. I was just having fun because the car was always in a state of flux each week while I was working on stuff.

When I saw the "Student Driver" stickers I immediately thought of StreetSpeed717 (on YouTube), who put those on his C7. Cool car though with plenty of personality.
Wife and I were in Blount County TN last week, drove the Tail of the Dragon both ways, then headed back to Knoxville to visit family. Didn't get the opportunity to see this particular vette though.
