Drivers Door Squeak
My drivers door make a squeaking / creaking sound when I open it or close it. Thoughts? I've tried using an all purpose lubricant on the three points. That would be the upper and lower hinge and middle bar(whatever that is called).

I tried white lithium grease and also an all purpose lubricate. The noise isn't exactly a squeak, its more like a creaking sound. I have noticed that the center guide bar (whatever that is called) is making contact with and therefore rubbing against a piece of molding right behind it as the door is moving. Is that normal? I'm not sure if that is the source of the sound though.

New C7?
If sure you have lubricated it probably, I would have a dealer look at it as something may have become miss-aligned, broken lose or something.

WD-40, my go to "squeak be stopped". Try a little lube on the that little thing (I think that's what you referred to as the middle bar) that has the "detents" in it to hold the door open, and the little roller that sits in the detents also. I've had those creak/squeak on my truck.

Try the spray lubricant made for garage door hinges and rollers... heavier than WD40,but still a spray so it can soak in and dry where it will not collect dust.

Avoid WD-40. It is oil based and tends to collect dirt. I once had a garage door repairman tell me the best thing I could do for him was to use WD-40 because he'd be coming back sooner.
If you want to use a spray, use a silicone spray instead.

I had that same issue and sprayed all three hinges with 3-In-One garage door lube. That put the creaking sound to bed.
