Default 3,000 Mile : Red 95 : SOLD!

I have for sale a torch red, 1995 6 speed, LT1 coupe. The car has 3,087 miles. I have all of the original paperwork from the initial purchase and all documentation too present. The car was originally purchased at Gunderson Chevrolet in El Monte California. While it was in California, it is my understanding that the car sat most of the time in a Corvette collection (hence the mileage). I have a three ring binder that contains all of the documentation for the car from day one.

As The Car Sits : Modifications
- Fikse FM5 forged wheels. The sizes are 17 x 10 with 285's up front. 17 x 11 with 315's out back. The wheels are wrapped with Nitto NT05's. There are 3/8" 6061 billet aluminum DRM spacers behind the rear wheels. They bring the offset to +57 mm. The 315's fit perfectly and do not stick out past the body work. Because of the spacers, I installed longer ARP wheel studs. The factory lug nuts have been replaced with VMS stainless racing lug nuts.
- The front brake calipers have been replaced with NOS black Grand Sport calipers with Wilwood pads. The rotors are two piece drilled Wilwoods front and rear. The rotors have Wilwoods e-coating to prevent corrosion. There is less than 100 miles on the new brake system.
-DRM braided stainless brake lines
- The steering wheel and airbag has been covered in alcantara by Apsis. The wheel was pictured on their website.
-Delrin Shift ****
-Arm rest cover with Corvette Logo
-Lowered in the rear with longer spring bolts and worn factory spring bushings replaced with poly
-Torch Red fuel rail covers from Southern Car parts
-VanSteel Heim Jointed Strut Rods
-DRM Camber Brackets

Maintenance Done :
-ALL fluids changed
-Serpentine belt replaced
-Fuel Pump replaced
-Fuel Filter changed
-Air Filter changed
- 2 Fuel Injectors changed
-Headlight gears replaced with brass gears
-Headliner Replaced
-Recent Alignment

Car can be bought one of two ways : As it sits, with the addition of the original sawblade wheels (2 17 x 8.5 and 2 17 x 9.5 w/original Goodyear GSC tires), 1 car cover and all of the original parts.
The other way I will sell the car is by returning it to factory original. I was careful not to alter the car in any way that it couldn't be returned to stock. The sale would include the car with all original components, less the Fikse wheels. I would highly recommend replacing the original GSC tires if driving it very far.
Overall, this car is a very quality example of a "new" C4! Everything works as it should (including the FX3) and the car is very solid. This is not a fire sale and I will not respond to low ball offers. If you wish to discuss the car, you can call me at 573-356-3594 or send me an email at scottfrew62@Centurytel.net. A PM on the Corvette Forum is just fine also. I appreciate you taking the time to review this add....Thank You

I'd say it would sell faster as a stock car with the stock wheels. NCRS doesn't want to see Fikse, that would take off points. Sell me the Fikse wheels, please

Everything always changes! I have recently found another car I would like to buy. Hence the reason for posting this back up again. I am going to reduce my price to $18,000 for everything. Thanks for looking..........

Yes you are still in line for the Fikse wheels....or you could just buy the car and add to your collection!

Default Last Price Reduction

Tough Crowd! Well the car I was interested in has sold. I am however going to reduce the price one more time and see what happens. $17,000 OBO takes everything!!! I will go $16,000 OBO on the car less the Fikse wheels. Since the original add, I have added Van Steel heim jointed strut rods, DRM camber brackets and had an alignment done. Lets see if this last price drop will get some more interest. I think I would be safe in saying that this car could easily compete for the nicest C4 anywhere!
Thanks

Default worn spring bushings

Why were the "worn factory spring bushings replaced" with so little mileage?
