Default Shipping out of state

Looking to possibly buy a car which is out of state. The dealer does not ship. Does anyone know a round about estimate of having a car shipped? Can anyone recommend a company? Would be shipping from Illinois to Louisiana

Reliable Carriers is what I'd recommend for you.

Obviously when you don't bother to say where you're shipping FROM or TO we can't really guess at a rate.

Seattle to LA uncovered was $750. Edmonton to Seattle covered was $2K.

Get a quote from interstate. For me it was $1500 from NH to WI. 1100 miles.

1,200 for Detriot area to Atlanta Area, enclosed. I'd recommended reliable as well....

Just go on any major shipper's website and you can get a quick and free quote. I've used most of the majors would recommend Intercity Transport.
Keep in mind that the best price isn't necessarily the best value in auto shipping. Lot's of horror stories out there.

I've used Reliable, and haven't have any trouble, they are just much larger and don't have anywhere near the communication that Intercity has. Knowing what's going on with my car is important to me.

Another vote for intercity. East coast to west coast delivery in bad winter weather - and the car was absolutely fine.

Hello All,

Thank you for the kind words and recommendation. While we go through both locations, 99% of the time we are going East to West and vice versa, running from IL to LA is a tougher route for us timing wise and we want to be honest with you up front. If you have any further questions or we can help you with your move please let us know.

Thanks,
Jim
