C7 RPM Roll Cage Install on Special Edition Grand Sport
We are welding in this RPM Roll cage for this C7 Grand Sport! One of a very long list of modifications we are doing on this LMR1200 HP C7 Build!

That's cool...love that you went with Tension Blue for the roll cage!
Looking forward to the finished pics!

Is this just for safety in a general sense or are you building a certified cage (which one)?

Looks great so far and a fine color match to the other interior pieces.

It all looks awesome you will for sure enjoy the finished product of this build! Everything from the cage to the engine bay to the wheels all are staring to come together!

No offense as the fabrication looks nice, but I don't see how the NHRA can allow a cage like this. I see it in drag cars all the time and coming from a road racing back ground just don't get it.
B pillar is fine, no issues there. I get the door bars and don't really have too many issues there for drag racing. But the diagonal tubes to the rear, why not just make them straight? Also the tubes that come down from the main hoop to the hip line, why not make those a straight diagonal down to the hip line? It would make the hoop far stronger in a roll over.

Love the look...very nice!
Also surprised at no comp seats to go with the rollbars, though. Maybe that's next!
