Video - Upgrade to C6 (for the power) or upgrade to A&A Supercharger: DECISION MADE!
Guys, I have had my C5 for 5 years now. I love just about everything about the car but am needing more in the Horsepower department. For gosh sake, Grandmas car even has 300hp now! I have spent considerable time in the past 2 months looking at and test driving C6 LS3 Corvettes. I even made a reasonable offer on two of them but could not come to a deal. I have also been looking at the A&A supercharger kit (mostly searching old threads on this forum). I am now at peace. A DECISION has been made. Take a look as I walk though the thought process and ultimately what I have pulled the trigger on.
Thanks!
Thanks!

welcome to the club... Andy and Josh are both great, they have the best centrifugal supercharger kit on the market for these cars, and their customer service can't be beat so you made the right choice... another good thing is that if or when you get bored of 550hp you can easily make more if you get the itch and have the guts to do it haha

Good choice in just modding your C5 - hard to go wrong with an A&A kit and you save a bunch of $$$ since you can do it yourself. Looking forward to seeing future updates on your build.

I'm going down a very similar path. I looked at C6's and unless i was getting into a wide body... i just wasn't into them. i hate the way the front looks, i hate the interior, and i know they have a lot of improvements from the C5. I just prefered a built C5 to a stock C6 (and costwise that's what we're talking about)
i subscribed to your channel. here's mine if you're interested:

once we get through the summer (wife doesn't get paid in the summer so we're always conservative on spending till we're through it) i'm going to order my A&A kit. I'm hoping andy has some rebuilt head units available so it'll save me some $.
looking forward to your build man.
also, if you're looking at changing the look. front splitter IMHO is where it's at.

Guys,
I have started the build thread here on Corvette Forum and added Part 1. It is called "A&A Vortech C5 Supercharger Build by Toys4Life C5". I have not been in the garage so much after work in quite some time...
