Really like my QuickJack
So I just bought the QuickJack and so far I am impressed. I accidentally removed some of the paint off one of my wheel barrels and I decided to expose chrome so I am going to strip them tomorrow. I am also in the process of zinc plating a new set of GM rotors. Anyway, had enough going on I thought I would invest in a lift... I like it so far.

Been thinking about buying one of these as well. How easy/difficult was the setup? Thanks!
Your car looks great. That yellow with the chromes really looks good!

Setup is just installing a few fittings and wheels. The rest of it come assembled. Super simple.
Love mine. Great purchase.

Amazon sells GM Replacements fairly cheap (~$65/each) so I bought them, bead blasted the primer off the hats and veins and then took to a local plating shop. There are actually 3 of us doing this so we are in the process still but are doing 12 C6 Z06 rotors for a total cost of $125. I should be able to pickup this week. The rotor pic in my original post is the trial run the shop did and it looks awesome to me...no more rust. I will post more pics when I get back and get installed on the car.

Thanks, it wasn't my first pick but couldn't pass up the miles (682 for an 08). It has grown on me but I plant to get either the same wheels in competition grey or get the larger matte black cup wheels.

yeah if the chrome doesn't look good I will repaint as well but I will use something that cleans better. Painted barrels doesn't bother me but the factory paint is impossible to keep clean.

yes, setup was simple. just follow the instructions. I also bought the reverse logic lifting pucks which work well with the QuickJack. my heaviest vehicle is a 2018 4Runner and it is less than 5,000 lb so I can use the QuickJack 5000SLX.
