Default Reverse fix and Clutch replacement guidance needed

Hello everyone, I'm looking for guidance on work I am doing to a 2000 C5. I'll try to keep this post coherent. Initially I am working on the reverse pop out. And while I'm there I want to do what I can. This car is stock with no performance upgrades planned, 40k miles, 6 speed manual and prefer reliability. Drive train is out, TT separated, trans and diff seperated, and rear cradle off to the side. (I've search this site and the following is what I came up with) I DO NOT have a tech manual, I'd like one though.

My Plan

Clutch: LS7 24255748 $ 258 GM Parts outlet
Slave: 24264180 $134 GM parts outlet ($148 on amazon if shipping is too much on GMPO) Is it okay to reuse the quick connector on the hydraulic line? It looks good.
Flywheel: LFW 191 $50-$70 Rock Auto or Amzon
Pilot Bearing: 14061685 $20 Amzn
Remote bleeder: $50 Amzn

My question here is about balance, do I need to have these balanced? I haven't researched this completely, but it seems like I can't just bolt these on, I remember seeing a paint mark or witness mark on a video that needs to be aligned, but I don't know where or what clutch it applied to. Am I missing anything?

Torque Tubes: I need to inspect first, if needed I found
12456212 couplings. I think I need (2) at around $140 each, I haven't found a source yet. I want to go with OEM GM no aftermarket. GM Parts Giant???
(12) 10mm bolts $6 each. GM Parts Giant???

Question, does this take two of the same part? I think they're the same and will verify once apart-hopefully the part number too. Is there anything else I should replace? Insight here is appreciated.

Fuel Filter: while it's exposed, I want to do OEM AC delco
10299146 $90 GM Parts Giant??? The sites other than GM sites seemed to have WIX filters instead.

Question, are there any fuel filter pitfalls or brand problems I should know of?

Shocks:
AC Delco 560-200 AMZN $48 each

T56 Reverse Fix:
I plan to machine the reverse fork and add a spacer (per the post on this forum). I did not see any pads on the fork so I might have to tear into it more to get those. I'll try to use the gear and turn the synchronizer over and get a new fork snap ring from the dealer. If for some completely unlikely reason my plan (starting point for deviation) isn't perfect, I found:
Reverse gear: 1386-088-003 $90 -$180 at *thegearbox.org, rock auto, and ticker performance. The gearbox site wasn't secure so it makes me nervous about ordering from there.
Synchronizer: 386-590-004 $90-$100 no source decision yet
Reverse Fork T56: $20-$25
Brass fork pads and T56 snap ring kit $20 each at thegearbox.org with the same worry as above. I haven't found the brass pads anywhere else (that I can buy just the two).

Please comment on the flaws in my plan, I don't know enough to know I don't know.

Overall, let me know if there is something I should address while it's apart or things I should watch out for. Thank you and thanks to those that posted the information I have so far.

The WIX filter is fine for your car. IIRC the AC Delco is also a WIX filter just rebranded.

Thank you, that is good to know. That will save $30. I found more information and I am going to make the following changes to the above

Clutch:
LUK Pro Gold Performance W0133-2202964 on parts geek $256
or
LUK 04-905 . 3231-05430059 parts geek $244

Any reason to choose one over the other? Price is almost the same

Shocks:
Found Z06 shocks AC Delco 540-203 $59 each. Direct fit

I have to add new stabilizer bar end links - original plastic 18yo boots deteriorated and grease dried. Moog $25 each AMZN, I started to look at upgrading the sway bar, I'm either going to just put on new links or put on new links and new bushings
