Default How did I do? New 2017 GS

Hello fellow C7 owners, I am wondering how well I did on this deal. Any input is greatly appreciated... here are the stats

2017 Grand Sport 1LT
Manual in BRM
ZO7 performance package
100 miles - brand new
MSRP is 77k
Agreed on 60k

Thoughts?
I understand that there are many great deals on the 2018, but I am in love with the BRm. Just curious to see if I left money on the table or the dealer just really wants to move it.
Thank you

I think you bought a new car. The ONLY one that should have feelings about what YOU paid is you...

Do YOU like the car?
DO you think it was a good deal?
Are you going to take it back if someone says you got ripped off?

Look, if you're happy, great, go enjoy the car.. It's a wonderful car...

That looks good on the surface. I'll assume that was before taxes and fees and possibly whatever financing terms were added on and how they treated your trade if any.

Sounds like a fair price for a used car that sat on the lot for a good while..

You got the car at 23% off MSRP. As long as the car is the one that has the options you want on it, I’d say you did fine. Now get behind the wheel and enjoy your new car.

Z07 is a lot of money to me.
A good deal but...
If you're happy with it that's all that matters.
Enjoy!

That's about 22% off MSRP, so you did well from a price perspective if your cost included all fees etc. Dealer probably had it a while considering it being a M7 with 100 miles on it and that's reflected in your discount.
It's a GREAT deal if you got the car you want, that's more important than the price in my opinion. What color is it, Black Rose Metallic? It's customary to post photos for threads such as this.

For what is essentially a new GS, I think the OP did fine/ok on the price (for this time slice of the market).

Hey please correct me if wrong, but this is the Z07 Pkg: (?)
Z07 suspension with Magnetic Selective Ride Control™
4-wheel antilock disc, carbon-ceramic Brembo® brakes
Dark Gray Metallic-painted calipers
Michelin® Pilot® Super Sport Cup 2 run-flat, summer-only tires1

?: Any C7 can get the Magnetic suspension mod for ~$350. Correct?

That's a good buy for 60K if it is equipped the way you want it.

I think you did fine. To put it in perspective, about a year ago, I bought my 2017 GS M7 1LT with an MSRP of $67k, and I paid $57k. Since this is essentially the least expensive GS you can buy, I think they went as far as they could and I'm happy. I think they generally discount Z07 cars more heavily because most people who drive on the street don't need or want that option - especially for the price. But it is a really cool package.

That is an impossible question for anyone other than yourself to answer. On the surface it looks as if you did well. Do you like the car? Is it optioned the way you would have ordered it? Does it make you smile when you look at it, knowing it is yours? Does it put a big grin on your face when you start it up and drive it? What does it matter what anyone here thinks about the price you paid for a car that was optioned the way you wanted it and probably took a while for you to find? Go drive it, put some miles on it, and enjoy driving what sounds like a great car. There are so many unknowns. What was the OTD price? Was there a trade-in? Did they shortchange you on the trade-in? Doc fees? Dealer finish protection and interior protection addons? Financing through the dealer? Extended warranties, tire and wheel warranties, through the dealer? Dealers can work the numbers in so many different ways that unless you paid straight cash with no trade, it's hard to say how good your deal was. Dealers don't stay in business by losing money on vehicle sales, they get make it back on other line items on the sales invoice.

Sounds like you did well. Purple is not for me but it looks sharp in the sunlight. Easy on those brakes and rotors. Those rotors are very pricey. Love me M7's!
