MGW flat stick shift **** ideas?
Got the shifter installed, it's so nice. The shiny black ball doesn't do it for me and clashes with my matte carbon interior. Anyone know of a place to get a matte carbon shift ****?
Everywhere I look they are shiny.

Premium Supporting Vendor
They told me that too, arrived in about 2 weeks...
Remember, if you order a **** for the Flat Stick, it has to be 3/8 x 9/16 thread (not the standard thread size) and Countersunk,
Just put it in the special instructions
Regards
Chip

I ordered a custom weighted **** in grey, to go on my Blue MGW Flat stick. I had them engrave Grans Sport on top in blue. They will pretty much build whatever you want. I should have mine at he end of the week to share pics and quality.

It's got 3 different inserts to adapt to a variety of threads.

Pretty sure this company makes the ***** for MGW. They will make a custom **** any color and with the 3/8 x 16 threads you need.
They also make blowing *****!
I had a custom one made, 2 1/4 inch diameter versus the MGW 2". They make them up to 3 inches. Thy asked for the shift pattern so sent them a pic of the stock C7 ****.
My Recent Install.

Jerry, thanks for the pics. Those guys seem to supply a lot of the different vendors with their shift *****, twisted shifters, speed dawg, they all order from Epco it seems. Thanks for your mgw install guide, helped, along with the videos.

This detailed PDF with ~45 pics (mostly screen shots of 4 MGW video’s, about an hours worth and some of my own, all with my added text.). Worth a look before you start removing the console parts, electrical plugs and shifter.

Advanced
Thanks for doing that excellent tutorial. Enhances the MGW videos which need to be updated for the C-7. I can now do this myself on my 2019 Z with a little more confidence.

Also, I wish the pictures and video were better in describing where the dynomat and heat shielding would go. Describe to the installer what you are trying to accomplish so that they can do the same without trying to figure what they mean. That they did it on a c6 doesn't help, the c7 has some of its own shielding.
