[C2] C2 Lakewood Roll Bar

I have some old Lakewood catalogs somewhere! From memory these were just a basically big beefy piece with no special features! I think a flattened end with a hole!
I know some of the other Companies like Addco and Guldstrand, Herb Adams etc had creative end links, as I own practically everyone of those units and have them in my storage! There isn’t too many Corvette aftermarket parts made, that I don’t own for my cars!

There is a pic of the original Lakewood magazine add on-line but,i would specifically like to see the vette one.
I am interested from a vintage drag look-not from the safety standpoint...

Pictures may not give you anymore info than the ad posted above. Lakewood made the bar universal and the feet changed to fit a specific application. The feet would just position the top of the hoop an inch or 2 below the roof and sloped back 5 degrees or so. This is based on the one I have in a '66 chevelle. On a C2 it seems pretty week mating to a fiberglass tub.

Do a search locally, there is a good chance you can find a chassis builder locally for drag cars that can bend you up a really nice bar. In Ohio I found this guy.
http://rollcageguy.com/
He built my rollbar for under $800, 4 point for my 63 swc, SRIII chassis, it is removable.
These guys might help help you locate what you want. http://www.fourstarmotorsports.com/custom-roll-cages
