Novistretch bra
I'm a little unhappy with mine, bought one last week for a trip I was taking this week. After making the trip from Houston to Austin and back I was totally impress with the job it did. That is until I noticed that it was ripping from the drivers side splitter and in the middle of the splitter. Has anyone else had this issue or not? But for what we pay for it, I'd think that this wouldn't happen. Did I have it stretched too much or not installed properly?

I bought one, primarily for a cross country road trip. I scrubbed my splitter on the entry transition from road to parking lot of a motel we stayed at and did that exact kind of damage. I'd say you've done the same thing or similar. It doesn't take much of a scape to tear the material, after all, its being dragged across pavement under a car. These bras will not take that kind of abrasion. I kept the bra on for the entire trip, even with the tear visible, but haven't used it since. I'll likely buy another one some day because I love the coverage and bug capturing ability. My problem was not the fault of the bra, just bad luck. Its a great product.

I've had mine on for the majority of the 20,000 miles I now have on the car. It has developed a small rip, but not as much as is shown here. The comments about "for the price" puzzle me. It's cheap. I had to modify the driver's side because it kept slipping off, but a single drilled hole in the plastic and a carbiner fixed that right up. It captures an amazing number of bugs that do not enter the radiator. Easy on, easy off, easy clean. If mine rips any further to make it unusable, I'll buy another one. It's a great product and for the money, worth every cent.

Two of my friends have had theirs tear in similar places. One has a Z06 with stage 2 splitter and the other a Stingray with a stage 2 splitter. I have one for my Z06 with a stage 1 splitter that I have used on and off since day 1 (21 Oct 2016) and have no tears or holes. I have one for my C6 as well that has endured several road trips with no issues. I also wash them in the washing machine and air dry. Luck of the draw I guess.

I have 14,000 miles on my Novistretch via multiple very long road trips with zero problems. We just returned from a 6500 mile roadtrip a week ago and it performed (again) beyond my expectations.

Had it not been for the Novistretch all that hay would be coll3cted on my radiator.
