I agree Paul was really easy to deal with got a ZR1 T.B. from him & the plate also to bolt it to the intake. Got it in today & mounted those parts to the MSD intake that will be going on the new forged motor soon. Paul thanks for the parts man.. Robert

Look like u have older 16 blower aka (heat monster )
also u have pulley ——bad combo
u probably over spun blower and locked up bearing from too much heat
this is why I only use 17 and up blowers

Would not I see higher temp reading on engine gage! It was normal. I have an added expansion tank which I thought would take care of heat issues.

On mine I did the collection of parts required, the front end install (cooling system) belt bracket pulleys. Harmonic balancer done at dealer. Turbo Technology did the the Injectors, new brisk plugs, fuel pump, supercharger install along with figuring the electrical lines which still had to be modified from the harness I got from another vendor on here. They install all the PVC units. After that they did the dyno/tuning on the car. I agree professionals need to do this job if you want it done correctly and look stock. Even though I am a aerospace craftsman (bout all I can say on that). I know my limitations and with the tools on hand I think all went well. Idlers do go bad, I think it was just bad luck, but the system will be scrutinized prior to final re start. Don't want to steal the thread but it is good to know ramifications of modifying your engine! The more you do to the car the bigger the chance of things going wrong!

This is nice the more we talk about it and possible problems and fix to understand the correct way to install and avoid the problems. Paul is correct it helps to have somebody professional and tuning is a most...
