Default Front bumper issue

My passenger side front bumper always pops out and leaves a little gap between the bumper and fender. I can pop it back it but it pops out again after driving. How can this be aligned or fixed. Is it a simple adjustment or could it be that there is something wrong with the fender or bumper? Does it only clip into the fender or are there any clips what can be replaced?

If it's still under warranty I'd bring it in. Shouldn't happen.

Looks like the clips are not holding and need to be replaced

So there are clips that go into the fender? Or could it be that the fender is screwed? Would suck if I’d need a new fender.

It’s a 6 dollar part. It Should only be the clips, you can remove some of the fasteners from the inner whee well and pop the front bumper out a little and reach the bolts. 2 bolts if I remember right. Then just put the new clip( 3 inch plastic piece ) back with the 2 bolts. Pop the bumper back into the clips and bobs your uncle.

No, you don't need a new fender. The bumper cover is designed to be removed as this is a requirement, for example, to replace a headlight. That is why it attaches via clips. In your case there is an issue with the clips that is easily fixed. If your car is still under the three year bumper to bumper warranty the service department would be able to fix it quickly.
If it were me since I have no experience removing the bumper cover or replacing clips, for the minor cost of clips and the very small amount of labor to fix it if it is out of warranty I certainly would not attempt the repair myself and risk damaging something or making the matter worse.....
