A&A Vortech Surpercharged C5 Start Up & Test Drive!
Took my time installing the A&A kit, somewhere around 25 hours or so (evenings and weekends).
Made a quick video of the start up and some of the test drive footage. Was it worth it??
Short answer, YES.

Thanks for sharing this, what hp do you think you are at? What tires are you running, I could hear wheel spin? Are you auto or 6 spd?

Nice, glad to see it 'done' for now and on the road and working well.
Do you have a physical permanently mounted wideband gauge?
Can you run the aeroforce gauge while hptuners/efilive is plugged in? Or do you have to more or less disable the gauge while datalogging?

Excellent mod - congrats on doing it yourself too. Car sounds great when you press the pedal to the floor.

Around 500 RWHP at 6500rpm.
Firehawk Indy 500 Tires in the stock size. Yes, first gear I have to go a bit easy on it or it will spin and bang off the RPM limit I have set at 6550 RPMS. Second hooks up pretty well. 6spd Manual.

Great job and great videos by the way. I watched your whole series and enjoyed it immensely. Now you have me missing my C5 that I could have modded I suppose. I won't rule out the idea of owning another one someday maybe as a track car.

1. Do you have a physical permanently mounted wideband gauge?
2. Can you run the aeroforce gauge while hptuners/efilive is plugged in? Or do you have to more or less disable the gauge while datalogging?

I only set up the wide band in a temp fashion when I am tuning. As insurance, I have the Aeroforce scan gauge set up to flash bright red if I get any Knock and you can also see the degree of knock if there is any.
The Aeroforce scan gauge plugs into the OBD2 port so it is one or the other. No issues though as when you scan in HP tuners there is no need to look at the scan gauge.
Cheers!
