Keep an eye out on eBay or Craigslist. I purchased two Rotary lifts that were on eBay. They were listed by someone that was 10 miles away. He had a restoration shop that was downsizing. I had my pick of 6 lifts.
I hired the local Rotary lift dealer to deinstall/install them for a nominal fee. I transported them home on my car trailer.

I'll keep my eyes open for you also Roger ! I just bought one from the mechanic shop next to mine !
I keep forgetting to look at the lift rating but I know that it's over 10,000 pound rating and only cost me $500.

I just came back from my shop and the one I am buying is indeed rated for 15,000 lbs !
The mechanic that has it says he has a line on two more and there will be more details tomorrow!
He is keeping one of the two !
I'll let you know more tomorrow!

Bad news and good news ! Bad news first , he decided to keep the two that he has !
Now the good news! Another friend of mine ( the electrician for the shops I manage) said he has a friend that has one for sale ! He's going to check with him tomorrow and make sure he still has it and I'll see him again tomorrow because he has to replace some main power boxes and fuse blocks too !
Hopefully we can make this happen for you !

Whats the difference between a Rotary brand and this brand? Reason I was asking is because we paid close to $6500. for the ones we have about 6 -7 years ago. The rotary ones we have are also rated at 9000 . Just curious cause I will be selling these two soon and trying to figure out a asking price...

I have two Rotary SPOA9 lifts and a Mohawk A-7 in my garage. All three are American made. Parts and service are readily available. I purchase all three used. Even used the cost was more than the Chinese lifts. I had the respective dealers deinstall and reinstall them. My Mohawk is over 20 years old and works great.
