LED Taillight Bulbs
I would like to swap out the standard taillight bulbs on my ‘99 FRC for LED bulbs. Am I going to run into problems by just pulling out the present standard bulbs and replacing them with the new LED bulbs with no other modifications. I have already replaced the headlights, reverse lights, and license plate bulbs with LED’s. I don’t want to go the whole conversion route - just bulb swaps!

You will probably need a hyperflash harness so that your turn signals will flash at the normal rate. Relatively inexpensive and easy to install. In fact, forum vendor RadioFlyer has a sale going on now through the end of the month.
