How far is it from you? Cosmetics always look better in pictures than they do in person. Maybe its in great shape, maybe not.

Racer
I'm not a fan of the ground effects nor the wing. However, if that's your thing it looks as though the car has been well maintained. The tires look like they have some wear on them. That size is hard to come by and the wait time is considerable. Figure in about $600.00.

Burning Brakes
Nice car, those stock wheels have to go, it doesn't go with the current look of the car. The price is pretty strong but seems to be in good shape. Best of luck, I own a 85 white vette myself. I did a LS 6.0 swap and C6 wheels/brakes upgrade on my ride.

Delco-Bilstein shocks? IOW Original shocks or what? What is with the black patches on the passenger seat? Doesn't even look like he had a girl there who could rot the seat off a HD. I'd figure on redoing the seats and foam with new ones since it probably will be kinda old and hard. Wings and all that crap isn't an issue with me but 85? Didn't they say it was hard to get a scanner on that thing to read live data and NOT JUST CODES when you have issues? If so that is what will worry me the most.
Supposedly WINALDL will read live data and probably a Snap On MT2500. IIRC, it is something about the lower baud rate or something electronic that makes it harder to get live data on it. If that is the case, for me, that is a dealbreaker.
