Default What did you do about your heads?

First, this is not a discussion about "are the heads a problem?" Rather, I would like to "poll the audience" on what other Z owners did about their heads. I just purchased a new to me 2008, one owner Z and it appears 100 percent stock. I'm leaning towards just addressing the heads and leaving the rest of the car alone. I do realize what I'm leaving on the table by not doing a cam, headers, etc. So what did you guys/gals do to your Z when knowing the heads need reworked?

Thank you all in advance.

Bought a pair of TSP heads from Summit and sold my stockers, which made my new heads about $1300. I did cam and exhaust at the same time but had originally planned on just heads to get them taken care of.

I purchased my 427 Convertable used in May with 10k on the odometer in Grand Rapids MI. Changed the oil there & drove it home to Auburn WA, 2300 miles. I used 1/2 quart of oil driving across country. I did an oil analys with Blackstone which came out good when I got home. I still have the power train warranty in affect until next May. I intend to drive it as is at least 'till then.

AHP heads with Moldstar 90 guides, btr duals. I wanted a little more power with stock manners for now. Therefor I had AHP mill the head .020 and street port them. Gutted the cats, ported stock Ls7 intake and a cold air intake. Dyno tuned it and she runs strong.

I purchased my 08 Z06 in June of 2018. It has 25k on it and it appears to be all stock. I will at some point just address the heads and leave everything else alone.
