Default OK guys... Show us your DICs!

I'm wondering what display most C7 owners use most often. I used to flip around through the various displays but the following two displays are what I'm on most of the time:

I think he's referring to this one, which became available in MY 18. I use it 100% of the time regardless of the mode I'm driving in because it provides every parameter you'll ever need to monitor in an easy to scan quickly format.

I have mine in Sport with the exact same pocket gauges you have. That way we've got water and oil temp and pressure, plus I like the Sport gauge look the best. Only thing I have different is I go left on the controls and choose Audio as the selection - then I get digital speed in the center and what song is playing. Because I always have Waze running on the big screen.

I’ve been favoring the sport display that shows current speed, and right below it the speed limit. I like the track display but it’s a little redundant to have in both the HUD and DIC.

I can't beat that....I've done 110 MPH tops, but the OP DIC is what I drive by every day.

Once, when I was 17, I did 160 in a stock 1999 Corvette. It took like 4 miles to get there. Love that you went with touring mode

I like the info in the touring mode where it shows oil pressure/temp, coolant temp, but prefer the overall design of the sport tach layout. Wish I could put the touring info on the sport display.

My DIC looks the same as your first DIC pic. But in metric form.

What new displays? You mean the 14's didn't have these?

LOL, that was actually on a race track. We left it in Tour mode because the larger mph numerals show up better on the incar videos/pics.

Pretty sure my Z will hit 160 on the straight at Seattle; I've seen 150 and lifted, and the instructor said he'd seen 160 with other Zs, at least.

Same here. I just hate that someone's white C7 shows up in my blue car's DIC in that mode.

The fact that you can customize and get so much info from the DIC is one of things I love about the C7. I showed my wife a YouTube video about it before we bought the car and she immediately knew I would love it because I tend tinker with stuff. So when the mode strikes me I change the dash configuration just for kicks.

That's as good as it gets! I can't wait until I get my new Vette sometime here in the near future, and that will be the first thing I set as a default.

Mako's is my favorite. It has a bunch of parameters all at once, including all the temps which I tend to monitor pretty closely. defaria's "i" display is a waste of space, but you have to go there to get to many parameters that you can cycle through such as "Trip A," engine hours, fuel remaining, and all that. I wish I had Foosh's alternative, but alas, not on a 17.
