Default Stopping mice

I store my C6 in Michigan's U P and this spring found bird seed that the mice had stored in various spots on and in the car. Any thoughts on how to stop them from taking shelter in and on my car?

I use bounce sheets inside the car and under the hood. I also put cotton ***** soaked in peppermint oil around the car. Finally I put bait traps and glue traps around the garage. I don't have much of an issue. Not sure if it's due to the precautions or lack of mice. I've only caught a couple in the past six years or so.

Buy a couple of boxes of moth ***** and spread them under your car. Also, place some under the hood and inside the car but make sure you place them on aluminum foil. I lived in the country for over 50 years with the mice and never saw signs of them being in our cars.
