Definitely in for the larger front splitter. This car needs more front downforce to balance the rear wing in the high position. Does it wrap around and shaped to maintain the under wing? Any idea on cost?

Regarding the trim pieces, are these molded products or are then CF wrapped OEM parts?

Come on now Carl! I feel like you guys don't even know me sometimes?? JK man. Yes, we use the standard 2:2 and if you look at the rocker vents above, it will give you a good idea
Yes, I took a closer look at this because of your remarks actually. And yes, it will wrap around the sides similar to the OEM unit. As for pricing, I am not sure just yet. I know my cost per part, but I haven't had a chance to get into packaging, freight, etc. It will be very reasonable by comparison to the OEM parts though.
We only make autoclathed prepreg replacement parts, not adding weight to OEM parts or dealing with core swaps etc. Our smaller parts have billet milled molds, larger parts are cut on a 5 axis machine out of foam and then the mold is created.

Thanks Ben. Just to confirm it wraps around the bottom so the underwing can mount to it, correct? Also, are you doing any sort of CFD or other modeling since you are enlarging it? Since it's technically a front wing I imagine shape matter more than your traditional flat bill splitter.

Look under the stock wing, it has large square open areas for the attach fasteners. I’m sure this reduces the down force performance.

To follow up on Poor-sha's post, I wish someone would make canards for the front fascia. I agree there is way too much understeer in high speed corners.

I also thought about making more aggressive eye brows that stuck out 25-50mm more as well to channel more air inwards.

Ben,
As i undertstand it, the end caps help move air past the front wheel wells. Downforce is needed on the front. From the leading edge of the front fenders to the outboard grills, the front fascia contours in or forward. This area creates a nice spot for a canard. Take a look at the link below; i think this would work;

WEAPON-X: C7 ZR1 High Wing Mounts!
Had a few guys asking, so we knocked out a high wing mount approx 2" higher and have them 3D printed and are moving into production as soon as I mount them up. From our CFD, our new larger front ZTX splitter should balance the larger ZTX rear wing we're making as well for you track guys.

I am perhaps equally concerned about the edge roughness on what I presume to be the WeaponX part in that pic. May be good relative to other aftermarket manufacturers, but it LOOKS aftermarket next to the OEM piece.
