Default 1998 C5 starts but dies immediately!

i checked the fuel pump and it ha plenty of pressure, i checked the spark plugs and they work there is spark, i checked the injectors and there is pulse, as of right now i don't know what else could it be. by the way i got a good battery with 12 v .
The only thing i can think of is that the pellet of the car keys lost the code and somehow the car is blocked and wont start.
Please help me, this issue is driving me nuts!
Thank y'all!

Is the throttle blade sticking? Does it die with your foot on the gas?

If it starts and then immediately dies when you move the key back to "run" I would vote for a bad ignition starter switch. I've had that happen. The minute the engine fired and the key moved back to the left, the engine died.

What codes does it show? Battery should have 12.6+ volts.

A reading of 12.65-12.77 volts means your battery has a full charge. 12.45-12.54 volts means you have a 75% charge, 12.24-12.29 is 50% charged, and 11.99-12.06 volts is 25% charged. 11.75-11.89 volts means your battery is dead.

Check one of my last threads. It ended up being the ignition switch for me. It did this for months. Would start and then die immediately. It would usually stay on, but got worse as time went on. I found the issue by accident one day. Got home from dinner with my lady in the evening, went to turn the key to shut off the car, I missed grabbing it, but tapped it a little and the car shut off. I'm like wtf? So I started the car again, tapped the key and the car shut off. BOOM! That was my issue! Mystery solved!

I think I have this problem. I had a few times that it would start but die right away. I was running pretty low on fuel today and when I pulled up to the pump it seemed like it died as I grabbed the key when I turned it off. It only took 18 gallons so I know it wasn't empty. Now I need to find the part #.
Thanks!

You were close to empty since capacity is 18.5 gallons. You may have been sucking air.

Oh forgot to add it didn't start 4 times until I held the key when starting. If I let go of the key and let it snap back it will stall. If I gently release it I am fine.

The pellet on the key contains no code, it's simply a resistor that the BCM reads and then provides a ground to the Theft Deterrent Relay allowing the engine to crank. Most likely problem as others have mentioned is your ignition switch contact block that is not maintaining voltage when the key is turned back to run position after the car starts. Contacts within the ignition switch contact block are known to become pitted and do not provide full voltage to modules like the PCM which is the module that provides necessary signals to keep your engine running.
