Posi tract

All C6's have limited slip differentials, and work semi in the same way that the posi track system works with clutch packs under spring tension.
Is the OEM LDS system as good as the Quaife diff that does not use clutch packs that do wear out, NO.
Why I bring this up, if the car your looking at has over 100K, the clutch packs may be worn out (break away value lower than 100ftlbs per axle side), and may be looking at having to rebuild the diff to get the LSD system working correctly again. Hell, on road course driven hard cars, have seen the LSD clutch packs worn out in less than 30K isntead. Hence these is where the Quaife design shines, since it use gear pressure forces, instead of clutch pack forces that do wear, to make the LSD system work instead.
