Great new product from Comp, BSR Rocker setup
https://www.lsxmag.com/features/sema...or-ls-engines/
Awesome new product that a lot of people should be all over. Increased stability, stiffness, and price is awesome. Tested to 10k+rpm and throughly durability tested. Makes me sad I already dropped $1600+ on crowers or I would be going this route.

Ask Comp, but basically it is just a way to stiffen it all, and doesn't change anything geometry wise over stock.

Wow this looks nice and simple and keeps the lightweight factory arms.

Tested up to .700 lift with great results, spin tron tested, endurance tested. Going to be a great upgrade.

Hell, you could always combine the two and put the rocker bodies on this setup, if you really wanted to brag to your friends about having a roller tip.

Haven't seen anything but pictures. Comp tested these with a roller, and saw a 50% increase in flex, lower RPM limit, increased bounce everywhere, and no upside, just a bunch of major downsides. I think this will be a much better system, as it has shown to reduce rocker flex, keep geometry stable, have good bearings/oiling, etc.

maybe it will be a win win

Looks promising. Would like to learn more on their testing and see more pictures; disappointing that you can't even find the product on Comp's own website.
$650 at the site below.

I can't imagine what the holdup at TSP is with the LS7 roller tipped rockers, I've all but given up on them.

650.00 is right between the high end and stock, so i bet these will sell out, then be on back order

I think with any rocker that just relies on the factor stand (single) will have issues with any big lift and or spring pressure. At a minimum you need to tie two together like the Yella Terra. This takes it another step further by tieing the 8 together. I like the additional lift. I am wondering what spring pressure these are good up to for?

$599 is list price from what I've seen.
It was just released at Sema this week.
The comp engineer posted great videos, test data, etc. Really shows all the work they put into items like this.

After seeing the test data, I wouldn't even want to touch the TSP rockers. Comp showed how adding a roller showed a huge drop in RPM stablity, huge increase in MOI, less stable valve train, less stiff. It did nothing positive at all. With the rockers tied together, stablity and rocker sweep was great up to .700 lift, and they have different rocker bodies coming out for up to .800 lift.

So basically they went with the LA and B/RB Mopar design from the 70's ... lol
That said, this was always a stable rocker arm setup
