Default Help with my fuel setup

car is a 2000, si head unit, jam cam, fic1000's, e85 only. im on a relatively safe tune, but im seeing 97% duty cycle on my injectors so im wondering if i have an issue somewhere as the 1000's should be large enough to handle that according to every fueling calculator online. Stock in tank, and a DW350 on a Hobbs switch, ptfe lines, wix filter/regulator, pics have been attached.

could my rails be restricting me due to the small intake in which my an line is feeding? are the lines ran incorrectly? what's needed to solve this issue?

how much power are you making?... those fuel calculators never seemed to work out the same as what I have actually seen on my car either... I had fic127's and on e85 with 850rwhp they were in the low 90s with a base pressure of 50psi... sure I could have raised the pressure up and got a little more out of them but not close to the ~1200rwhp the calculators say they should support... I ended up switching them out for some 1650s just for some headroom and I will be dynoing soon to see how those work out

Unsure on power, only street tuned. Probably around 650whp if I were to guess.

You may get better feedback in the C5 forced induction section

ok, how is your system setup?... it looks like you are using the factory feed line off the fuel hat, does that go to the stock filter/regulator?... if so then what is the top line coming out of your fuel ring and going to another filter/regulator?... it just looks a little strange, maybe make a simple drawing showing the layout so we can see what you're working with and include filters, regulators, check valves, whatever you have in place

Unfortunately, I am not 100 percent certain. I didn't do the install myself, a friend of mine installed it all. I am running a stock intake pump, and running an aux DW350 pump on a Hobbs switch. Both lines at the rail are intake lines (I'm not running a return)

The forced induction guys are the ones needing to upgrade the fuel system.

we are going to need more info in order to be able to help... take it back to your buddy and have him look it over with you and map it all out... if he doesn't figure it out then let us know how it's set up
