Default TitanLightz- Fixed Headlights

I pre-ordered a set of these back in March.
Everything seemed legit, and I got a few update photos for a couple weeks after placing the pre-order. But, I haven't heard or seen anything since...
Just wondering if anyone else ordered these. I see the website is down, and the associated Instagram account is no longer valid.

Anyone have any info on this company, or know if I got robbed?

Doesn't sound too positive for you, but get in touch with the member recommended above and see when he ordered them and when he received them.

I got a very prompt response back from mycream, shown below:

"I understand your concern. A few people have dropped out of the group buy because of it. Please understand that Eric is a one man show with this. I've given my help where I can on the design and detail checks. He's had some issues with his previous company letting him go in a not so professional manner and he had to take some time to deal with issues with that, but he's past that. The lights are going through some quality checks which I believe he is pretty well done with and I believe he is satisfied with where they are. He is working on a new website currently which should be up soon.

I do not have a date on when the lights will be out, but it should not be too far off. I'd expect in the next month or so.

As I said above, I understand where your concerns come from. I had the same awhile ago, but I can assure you that everything is going well and all he wants is to supply a great product that is plug and play, and well built for everyone to love. "

Sounds positive so far, looking forward to a nice set of fixed lights, hopefully before christmas

Hey everyone, just saw this post and wanted to chime in a bit.

As I stated in my message to Spencez28, Eric is a one man band here. I have helped where I can to see that his design matched up to another car besides the two that he had to work with.. One being his own personal car. I want to clarify that I DO NOT have a set of these lights in my possession. You can follow him on IG @z06brah... He posts here and there on the lights with a few nice output pictures as well.

I spoke with him last week I believe and he gave me the recent updates as well as a new website layout. I just want to clarify again that there is no set shipment date, but from what I see, the hard parts of the build are figured out and it is just minor details that he would like to perfect on as best he can before final release pictures.

How much were they selling these for, just curious? I'd love to see more flush mounted headlight options.

His plan is to have a solid fixed headlight set for under 1000

Well, hopefully he can make that happen. There's definitely a market for people like me who want a good looking flush headlight, but don't require the absolute pinnacle of headlight technology. Almost anything is an improvement over stock...but then I've been seeing a lot of C6's coming down in price.

Anything new on these? I never actually go a reply from the email I sent to the address Eric has shown on the website. The website is now "suspended"...

I got impatient and pulled the trigger on RadioFlyer's black friday sale on their SLCs. I'd still be interested in how/if these turn out though.

That was his old company email. He no longer works there..use this email .. eric@titanlightz.com

So at this point, the investor he had backed out. He's continuing with the fixed head lights, but he is also working on a low rise, "sleepy eye" setup.

This is still going on??? I say you got ripped off, how could he forgotten the money he got from you?

No attempt to contact you the buyer, sorry man but you got ripped.

Sounds like a kickstarter.

Perhaps we should bear in mind that the Vettenuts double din bezel went something on the order of a year or more beyond the scheduled delivery. Not every massively delayed project is a rip off.
Though I admit I didn't have any money invested with Skully helmets...
