Semichrome + Cone on Chrome Wheels?
I know this sounds like a dumb question, but can I SAFELY use Semichrome polish with a Mother's Cone to polish my Z51 wheels? Now I know folks are going to say "Duh - its in the product name - of course you can"...but I use it for my exhaust tips - which are not truly chrome - so that is why I am asking... Will it scratch or tarnish my (mirror finish) chrome wheels or make them look brand new?
If not Semichrome - what POLISH can I use to make them show ready? I already have them super clean - Im looking to get them to the next level...

I wouldn't think it would hurt them. Try the ceramic coating if you want to to to next level otherwise any good wax would work but as you know you will have to do it often to keep them looking show quality. Love the chrome. Good luck

No Semi-Chrome
Semi-Chrome is NOT recommended for Chrome, it is an abrasive
It is a metal polish, It gives a semi chrome-like appearance to aluminum, brass, bronze, etc
Stick with anything non-abrasive, otherwise it will look Semi-Chrome

My brother from another Mother (pardon the pun). That's exactly what I use, along with a polishing cone to clean those Z06 style wheels that have so many nooks and crannies. Cuts down on cleaning time for sure.

First, it's Simichrome, not Semi-Chrome, and it's perfectly safe for use on chrome.

I've used a lot of chrome polishes on my Harleys (lots of chrome) over the years, and this is the best I've found. I particularly like it on the GS as it helps with the brake dust, cleans, shines and protects.
